What is the setup fee?
The setup fee covers discovery, agent training, QA simulation, and initial deployment. It is a one-time cost per agent tier. Subsequent agents of the same tier incur a reduced reconfiguration fee.
What counts as a message?
A message is any inbound or outbound exchange handled by a Cadre agent — a customer query answered by Concierge, a lead follow-up by Prospector, or a social post by Amplify. Internal escalation events do not count toward your message quota.
Can I upgrade or change tiers?
Yes. You can add agent tiers at any time. Upgrades from Starter to Growth apply a pro-rated monthly credit. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What does white-label mean?
Enterprise clients can deploy Cadre agents under their own brand — no Cadre branding, custom domain, and a fully isolated tenant with data residency options.
